How Online 1:1 Sessions Work
Step 1
You decide which type of session you would like and book via email, text, or website. If you are NEW you must book a consultation first.
Step 2
Your session will be confirmed and you will be sent an email with the ZOOM meeting number and some prep materials.
Step 3
If you chose a mental session, we will zoom or call and go over any topics that you would like to discuss OR your chosen coach can guide the session and bring relevant topics to you. Topics can be shooting related or not, whichever will help you the most.
If you chose a training session, we will meet while you are practicing. A SCATT is very helpful and a working camera is necessary to assess positions and processes. You may decide what to work on, or your chosen coach can help come up with focuses.
Step 4
Have your session and pay after. It's that easy!

Reviews and Successes From 1:1 Sessions
I told her I have a goal of making the Dixie Double Final but I knew my scores weren’t high enough. I now have a training plan that involves longer drills that test my endurance, finals and also mental work. Since I have started training with Mary, not only have my scores excelled, but my mindset has also improved. My biggest obstacle is nerves. She showed me how to look at nerves as a good thing and not something you should fight. I also learned how to take notes during my matches. Doing so keeps my mind on track and calms my nerves. As much as I have learned through this past year, I also gained a friend in the process. We can laugh together when my SCATT decides to go crazy on Zoom, but yet she takes my goals seriously and will try her hardest to get me there."

"I have been competing for 9 years and started lessons with Mary in July of 2023. I was looking to take my shooting to a bigger stage and compete more often. Mary has a day by day training plan designed just for me and my needs. I tell her my goals and she tells me how to get there.

Marley and Lainey Bowden (above) competed in their state JOs. Marley auto-qualified and Lainey will qualify for her age category, both have been putting in the training on and off the range by taking what they learn in their sessions and effectively putting it into practice.
